The Cosmic Tinkerer or the Tinkerer is a non-player character (NPC) who resides at /spawn. She offers to trade custom enchanted books in exchange for magic dust, mastery shards for anti-mkit crystals, and armor and weaponry for player XP. The Tinkerer may be accessible outside of spawn (remotely) by executing the /tinkerer command.
