Template:TierList

Parameters:
- title — table title (optional)
- For each tier (S, A, B, C, D, F):
  - content param: S, A, etc. Put images/links/text here.
  - label param: S-label (default S), etc.
  - color params: S-color, S-text (text color), etc.
Tips:
- Use File:Name.png or links as items.
- Items auto-wrap; spacing uses flexbox via #tag:div.
