The Cosmic Envoy is a timed event that spawns supply crates throughout the Warzone and PvP warp regions.

- Name: Cosmic Envoy
- Interval: Every 30 minutes (1800 seconds)
- Spawn Count: Between 75 and 150 crates
- Region Requirement: At least one player must be present in the Warzone
- Spawn Regions:

Loot Tier Chances
The envoy randomly generates loot based on weighted tiers:
- Simple – 50%
- Unique – 31%
- Elite – 25%
- Ultimate – 18%
- Legendary – 7%
- Heroic – 6.55% (Requires milestone: heroic_envoy)
