The rules have been established for the community to abide by at all times. This will aim to ensure that everyone is safe and has an enjoyable experience.
Players are responsible for reading the rules upon joining. Disobeying the rules will result in the punishments stated below. This list does not constitute the full extent of the rules but highlights major principles that all players should follow.

| Excessive Toxicity | Toxicity is the act of displaying bad attitude and behaviour by being very unpleasant towards others. CosmicPE is an ALL inclusive server and this will not be tolerated in the Global Chat. Keep everything family friendly. You are expected to respect each other as civilised humans regardless of your backgrounds and beliefs. Staff are volunteers that are here to ensure the server runs smoothly. They do not have the option of ignoring rule breakers. If you choose to disrespect or disregard them, you risk punishment. They are not here to abuse, they are here to keep the server running for everyone. Factions is a war based strategic game, we completely recognize that players will get upset, will flame each other, banter, and sometimes even lose their cool. What players have to remember is that there is a line between mocking an individual's in-game abilities or skills, and making threatening, hostile statements about/towards them as a person. This rule also extends to renamed items in chat being item'd, player names and nicks, and faction names. This can include but is not limited to:

| Banned Skins | The use of Inappropriate Skins at any time is not permitted. For example, skins that depict racist figures such as Hitler. Wearing banned skins during PvP to provide yourself with an unfair advantage against other players is also strictly forbidden and will not be tolerated. Skins must be of normal size. | Punishment Evasion | Bypassing any punishment through the use of alternate accounts is not permitted. Successful attempts to evade such punishments will result in a harsher punishment without warning. | Chargebacks | Chargebacks are against CosmicPE's ToS. No assistance will be provided with this process. Your PayPal account will also be BANNED from making purchases on the CosmicPE Webstore and any other Tebex Webstore. Any successful attempt to abuse the system by purchasing item(s) from the CosmicPE Webstore only to file a chargeback in order to have the player permanently banned may result in your account and PayPal account being banned from the CosmicPE Network. Webstore security grants you the ability to configure your security on the CosmicPE Webstore. This allows you to prevent unauthorized purchases made under your IGN. IP-RESTRICTED configuration is recommended to prevent other players from making purchases for you. This ensures that others can not purchase items for you and issue a chargeback in the future, resulting in the permanent ban of your account from the CosmicPE Network. It is DEFINITELY more safe and recommended to have payments for items (such as Ranks) made by your own PayPal account when another person is offering to purchase something for you as they will not be able to submit the chargeback against you.
