The King of the Hill (KOTH) is a daily arena event where contesting factions capture a control point for 15 minutes. Rewards include a variety of combat equipment.
Behavior
The first faction within the control point gains control of the KOTH. Enemies must knock or kill the controller to regain access. Controllers must ensure they remain within the control point at all times, otherwise their capture time resets. Once the countdown reaches 0, the controller is combat-tagged for 15 seconds. At this stage, enemies still have a chance to overtake the winner by killing the controller in the KOTH arena. The event is closed once the controlling player leaves combat.
