Template:Infobox lmsThe Last Man Standing (LMS) is a round arena located in the overworld warzone, often close to /spawn
. It is a competitive 24/7 event where a player must remain in the arena for as long as possible. Longer durations lead to better rewards along with proximity from center.
To keep the arena challenging, bosses spawn here occasionally and the player's coordinates are broadcasted to everyone within the arena. Details including the gamertag, timer, and coordinates of the current LMS winner can be viewed via /lms
and /lms top
to list all players currently in the arena.
Behavior
A timer is activated when a player first enters the arena. The player with the longest timer is considered 'the capturer'. Leaving, disconnecting, and death will reset player timers back to 0. When the capturer's time resets, the next in line is the next top player in /lms top
(i.e., the player with the next highest capture time).
Rewards
Scaling rewards (money and XP) are accumulated every minute the capturer spends in the arena. These are both directly applied to the player's account (no money note or XP bottles are given). Envoy chests spawn every 5 minutes around the location of the capturer. There is a per-player daily bonus quest whereby players can earn up to 2x quest tokens, given every 5 minutes the player spends.
Limitations
Upon entering the LMS arena, the following restrictions will be put in place.
- No disguises: Any equipped disguise will be reset upon entering.
- No flight: All flying players will fall to the ground.
- Knockback (from Knockback enchantment) is limited.
All restrictions are lifted soon upon leaving the arena.
