The Cosmic Enchanter or the Enchanter is a non-player character (NPC) who resides at the /spawn. It offers Simple, Unique, Elite, Ultimate, and Legendary custom enchantment books in exchange for player XP. The Enchanter is also accessible outside of spawn remotely by executing the /enchanter command.

Players can exchange XP for enchantment books in increments of 1x, 8x, and 16x. The item will drop on ground when there is insufficient space in player inventory.
