Player ranks

CosmicPE has a hierarchical ranks system of 8 ranks obtainable in-game. Ranks are tiered 1-5, or 0-7 if counting Trainee, Heroic, and Interstellar ranks. Once unlocked, a rank is permanently associated with a player account. Ranks cannot be transferred from one account to another. Ranks 1-5 come with a set of items obtainable by executing /reclaim once every season or after unlocking the rank.

Only Tier 2, Tier 4, and Tier 5 are obtainable from webstore (but can still be obtained in-game). This has been the case since the beginning of CosmicPE. Prior to the 2020 rewrite, only these 3 ranks were obtainable on the server. Remaining ranks were introduced along with rank quests after the rewrite.

Trainee (Default) Rank Perks

Trainee is the default player rank and comes with the following perks:

• Ability to configure 1 /filter
• Ability to use starter /kit
• Access to /pv 1
• 1.5% tax rate on listing an item in /ah
• Ability to list 1 item in /ah at a time
• Ability to configure up to 5 /emotes
• Ability to configure up to 3 /homes
• Outpost Deathban duration of 8m

Tier 1 Rank Perks

This rank features the following /reclaim rewards:

• 50 mcMMO Credit Note
• $11,250 Cash Note
• 5,000XP Bottle

Perks include:

• Ability to configure 2 /filter
• Access to Tier #1 /kit
• Access to /pv 1-3
• Ability to list 2 items in /ah at a time
• Ability to configure up to 10 /emotes
• Ability to configure up to 4 /homes
• Access to Cow /disguise
• Access to /deathpoint command
• Access to /fix command
• Access to /genbucket command
• Access to /near command
• Access to /ptime command
• Access to /pweather command
• Access to /top command
• Access to /sell command
• Ability to use [brag] in chat
• Ability to use [item] in chat

Tier 2 Rank Perks

This rank features the following /reclaim rewards:

• 150 mcMMO Credit Note
• $30,000 Space Cash Note
• 10,000XP Bottle

Perks include:

• Ability to configure 3 /filters
• Access to Tier #2 /kit
• Access to /pv 1-6
• 1.25% tax rate on listing an item in /ah
• Ability to list 3 item in /ah at a time
• Ability to configure up to 15 /emotes
• Ability to configure up to 6 /homes
• Access to Horse /disguise
• Access to /feed command (10m cooldown)
• 2.0x mcMMO skill multiplier

Tier 3 Rank Perks

• 300 mcMMO Credit Note
• $67,500 Space Cash Note
• 25,000XP Bottle

• 0.75% tax rate on listing an item in /ah

• Ability to configure up to 25 /emotes
• Ability to configure up to 10 /homes
• Access to Pig /disguise
• Access to /feed command (2m cooldown)
• Access to Tier #4 /kit
• Access to /heal command (4m cooldown)
• Access to /smite command (/lightning) (2m cooldown)
• Access to /nv command (or the 'Night Vision' Cosmic Settings toggle)
• Ability to FLY nearly everywhere

Heroic Tier (Tier 5+) Rank Perks

This rank features /reclaim rewards from Tier 5 rank. Perks include:

• Access to /echest command
• Access to /pv 1-18
• Ability to list 8 item in /ah at a time
• Ability to configure up to 50 /emotes
• Access to Skeleton Horse /disguise
• Access to Tier #5+ (Heroic) /kit
• 4.0x mcMMO skill multiplier
• A much larger /f map and Faction Map scoreboard
• Ability to /feed other players
• Outpost Deathban duration of 5m
• +5% /sell multiplier
• 10% chance to not consume book when applying an enchanted book
• 10% chance to not destroy item in the event an enchanted book attempts to destroy an item
• +25% XP from spawner mobs
• Access to 'Automatic Lighting' Cosmic Settings feature
• and perks from the previous tiers

Interstellar Rank Perks

This rank features /reclaim rewards from Tier 5 rank. Perks include:

• Access to Interstellar /kit
• Ability to list 12 item in /ah at a time
• Access to Rainbow Sheep /disguise
• Access to /fix all command
• Access to Interstellar Lounge /warp, featuring the Interstellar Blackmarket NPC
• +10% success rate when applying enchanted books
